Unfortunately, the app is only available for iOS devices, with the developers promising the app to come to Android later this month. 1. PicsArt
PicsArt is a full-fledged photo-editing application, but it brings a number of filters that should match Prisma's artistic capabilities . In the “Effects” section of the app, there is a category called “artistic” which brings a number of cool filters, similar to what Prisma offers like poster, motion, shear, pastel, comic, gouache and many more . It also includes categories of effects such as pop art, paper, colors and more, so you have plenty of options to choose from. Sure, these filters aren't as detailed as Prisma's offering, but at least they work as fast or even faster than Prisma.
Also, the app offers a number of photo editing tools like advanced art brushes, overlays, collage maker, drawing and painting tools and more. PicsArt also gets good points for its ability to generate animated GIFs and videos, which is pretty cool. The app also brings its own social network with people sharing images edited with the app, so you get to see a ton of cool images as well.

DREAMScope is an iOS-only app, which is very similar to Prisma , as far as characteristics are concerned. Like Prisma, it turns your photos into paintings created by the likes of Picasso or Van Gogh. It also includes other effects like Deep dream, watercolor, pencil sketch, oil paint, impasto, calculation, tempered, pastel and many more. Although the results are as good as Prisma's, it lacks the speed at which Prisma applies these complex effects to images. After selecting the image you want to style, the app does the processing in the background and there is an option to get notified once it is done.
The app also has include your own social network , where people post beautiful images using the plethora of effects. However, you can choose to share the images to other social networks with ease too. The good news is, if you don't have an iOS device, you can use DREAMScope's web client.

3. SuperPhoto
If you are looking for a Prisma like app because you want more artistic effects, you need to check out SuperPhoto. While Prisma offers a number of effects to keep you engrossed, SuperPhoto really wins with a ton of different cool effects. The free version of the app comes with over 200 effects and if you buy the full version you will unlock over 1500 effects which should be enough I guess. Like Prisma, SuperPhoto is also all about effects, but the app includes some great community images you can take a look at.
In addition, you can also customize output image size, softness, effect intensity and more. However, the app does not take longer than Prisma to process an effect.

Photo Lab is more on various cool montages and effects but it will bring various effects like Prisma in its “Artistic Effects” folder.
