Last month, Apple launched the Night Mode photo contest, inviting users from around the world to share their best photos taken in low light using an iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, or iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Apple has revealed the six winners out of thousands of entries received. The winning photos will appear in a gallery on Apple's website, Apple's social media and billboards around the world.
Apple said it will pay authors to license the images and use them in their marketing.

The Spanish winner, Rubén P. Bescós, presented an image that reflects a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.
“A singular group of figures borders the Sierra del Perdón, in Navarre. The people who walk the Camino de Santiago are walking with a sculptural group made up of silhouettes of pilgrims in steel. The pilgrimage to Santiago, which dates back to the Middle Ages, united (and still connects) people of all origins and cultures from all over Europe and other parts of the world. This ancient path is rich in hospitality, art and culture. That dreamlike glow that can be glimpsed in the background of the image comes from the urban lights of the city of Pamplona ”, comments Rubén. P. Bescós on the image captured with his iPhone.
Phil Schiller: “Photography is the art of light, and Rubén's photo magically uses it to give life to this art installation in Spain. The color of this image taken in Night mode is an eye-catching and beautiful orange that frames the group of pilgrims in a sharp silhouette. The cracks in the rocks in the foreground tell of the long and difficult journey that awaits them to reach their sacred place ".
Alexvi Li: “Using the night mode and exposure setting, the photographer captured the silhouette of a group of people with the light of the city in the background. The floor reveals a beautiful backlit texture. The composition is simple, it tells a story and offers good image quality ”.
