The first audio log of the classified detention center assignment can be found once in the laundry room.
This log is fairly easy to grab - after cleaning the True Sons from the laundry room, look for an area to the right with a sealed security gate. Look through to see a yellow power box. Shoot it to open the door, then take the newspaper. By the way, those yellow boxes will be a recurring theme in this mission.
The second journal requires creative navigation.
As you walk into the gymnasium, you pass the visitation room. The journal is there, but you will need a key to enter. On your way forward, you should notice a large red security door with wires running underneath. You can open this door, and at the end of the path is the visit key. Double-back and open the visitation room to pick up the second audio log of the Detention Center's Classified Assignments.
The third audio log can be reached after the release of the prisoners.
After you've cleared Cell Block A and pushed into the room with the mounted machine gun, you'll need to take out some Last Son stragglers. Once you've done that, head over to the machine gun and enter the room to collect the third audio log. You have probably noticed an audio log at the entrance to Cellular Block A on your way to it; this will be the next journal you collect. Fun fact: The closed red door to the machine gun room can be opened and will lead to the charm, but we'll get to that in a moment.
The final audio diary requires a step back.
The latest diary of the detention center's classified assignment may seem impossible to grasp at first, but there is a trick. First, it's in the control room above the entrance to cell block A. Go upstairs until you can see into the control room, where you'll notice a box of yellow feed through an open door. Shoot it and go back to the machine gun where you found the third log.
Once there, go down one floor. You will notice a small green carpet under the stairs and a few barrels. It is actually another staircase leading down. Go down the stairs to the closed door and open it. Then all you need to do is follow the path forward to reach the final audio log.

Return to the machine gun room, but go to the room just below. You will find a terminal that will open the doors of the cells in this block. Head back to the machine gun room and go through the red door you opened earlier (and if you didn't open it you can do that without a problem). Once through, you will see two open cell doors - the first (B40) leads to a maintenance well (the small jet of flame reveals this). Enter the well and go down. Before you go under a brick arch, look up to find a yellow power box: pull on it (if you can't find it here, follow the wires on the ground that lead to it).
You should now be in a room with a padlocked door, generator, and open door to your right. Enter this door to grab a fuse, then turn around. Before going to the generator, go straight into the tunnel opposite, where you should see a ladder and two drain pipes pouring water into the room. Shoot the seals above them to prevent water from entering the room, then return to the generator.
Pull the lock on the door and open it. Place the fuse in the fuse box to power the generator, then turn it on. It turns out it was a pump, and the sewer will no longer be flooded. Go back to the ladder you saw and go down. The charm of the fries must be directly in advance with a key to be left via the exit here. If you haven't yet completed the classified detention center assignment, go back and complete it.
