Here's how you locate it.

The location where you want to go and find the hidden letter F is in the image below. You can see where it's going to be on the map and you can be sure when your bus passes over the map. You can aim during your descent. If you have to get there by walking you can, but you shouldn't have too much trouble landing directly here.
Make sure you go to that exact location. It's east of Lazy Lake, on the southern part of the map. When you get there, get down as fast as possible. When you get there, go up the hill. It's going to be next to a rock and a small tree near the top of the hill. It will look like a strange blue icon that will glow when you approach it. When you are close enough, look for it and you will have completed this part of the hidden letters and you will be ready for the next one.
