The boss battle against the Kraken is amazing, as this massive Swarm creature tries to devour you and your teammates. Here is the best way to take out this unimaginable enemy before he kills you all.

Première partie
When you hire the Kraken for the final boss fight, it will chase you down the street while Fahz drives the vehicle. You will have ammo in the vehicle, so grab it when you can. You will encounter a brief cutscene, the Kraken will eject from the ground, then you will come to a small platform with a group of COG soldiers and a blanket. Find shelter and wait a while. You want to watch for when the Kraken lets go of its tongue.
When the tongue comes out, all the big bad guys in the Swarm will have a distinct, faint glow upon them. Shoot them when you have the chance to shatter them, dealing damage to the creature. However, if you're not quick enough to destroy those stinging tongues, they'll catch one of your teammates, or worse, you. Protect your teammates and pull out the tongue, prevent them from becoming the Kraken's next meal and damaging the enemy.
You will likely see a massive swarm of leeches emerging from the back of the Kraken's head. When they arrive, start shooting at them, as the Kraken is unlikely to take its tongue. The more you shoot at them, the less you will fight on the ground when they land. Shoot them quickly, as they can quickly swarm and severely damage you.
Second part
The second phase of the fight takes place when Baird announces that you now have access to a pair of rail pistols. They are located to the left of your current location. Dash towards him and realign the gun and shoot it at the creature. When you run there, you will encounter some leeches from the swarm you were shooting at before. Eliminate them quickly, otherwise the realignment of the weapon will become a huge problem.
When you realign the barrel, you'll get a quick cutscene of the weapon being fired straight into the Kraken's horn.
Soon after, he'll start sucking you and your teammates off, pulling you towards his gaping jaw. You want to shoot the back of the creature's mouth, again, where it's going. Once you have shot this section enough times, the game will stop attracting you and you will continue the fight. Unfortunately, when it trains you, it will destroy small portions of debris that you could have used to protect yourself.
Third part
Once you've survived the first cannon shot and the creature has attempted to shoot you inside, you're back to fight the tongue. It will work similar to the first part of the fight, where you want to shoot them where they shine. If any of your teammates are intercepted, go to those languages to free them and free them.
As in the previous part, you will rush to the railgun once the loading is complete. Run towards it, realign the weapon and shoot the creature's horn.
