Clear your cache

  • At this point, press on 3 vertical dots present at the top right, choose Uninstall updates and confirm by pressing on OK.

  • Once this is done, look for the latest release available, taking care to discard those containing the entries beta o alpha in the name (eg Google Play Services 16.0.89) and press on arrow pointing down to access the download page.
  • Now, go to the section Download and press on the latest version available under the column Variant (es. 16.0.89 (000300-239467275).
  • The operation is completed by pressing the button Download aPK and waiting for the countdown. Press on OK from the message that appears and then tap on apri and proceed with the installation by clicking on Install.

Empty the Google Services Framework cache

Google Services Framework is a system application that stores smartphone information and ensures correct synchronization with the Google server for data exchange. Hence, the mistake Google Play Services has been shut down it could also be caused by a malfunction of Services Framework.

Let's see how to do it:

  • Always access the menu of Applications, identified Google Services Framework via the list and press on it to access the information screen.   • At this point, click on Force break and then press on Clear cache inside Storage space.
  • Complete the procedure by restarting the device.
