All secondary objectives in GTA Online Cayo Perico Heist
There are more than 20 secondary objectives in Cayo Perico Heist, so you can get a lot. Getting away with millions of valuables will be difficult, but it's manageable with a coordinated team. However, the first step is to explore the island and to see the hidden goods that are everywhere. You can see the spawn locations in the post and thus get detailed descriptions of the secondary target spawn locations.
Secondary camera objectives
There are five secondary targets in Cayo Perico Heist: cocaine, weed, gold, art and money. These items can be found scattered throughout the island of Cayo Perico, although their location is randomized for each player. There is a list of generation locations set up for these targets, but note that some of them will be empty due to their random nature. Also, money and gold are interchangeable and can appear in the same locations, so this guide will simply refer to them as "loot" when analyzing possible spawn locations.
The first step is to check the island's cameras for things you can steal. To access the security camera network, pull up your smartphone in the game and open the Sightseer app. Here are all the secondary targets you can find on Cayo Perico's cameras:
- Basement - Primary target.
- BasementStorage - Two loot/two paintings.
- Office Camera 1 - One painting
- Office Camera 2 - One painting
- West Storage Cam 1 - One loot/one painting
- West Storage Cam 2 - One loot
- North Storage Cam 1 - One swag/painting
- North Storage Cam 2 - One loot
- South Storage Cam 1 - One loot
- South Storage Cam 2 - One swag/painting
Make sure you have a good view of each room by turning the cameras as far left and right as you can so you don't miss anything.
Secondary targets on the runway
There are six possible secondary targets on the airstrip on the northwest side of the island of Cayo Perico.
- Directly inside the hangar (2)
- Hidden at the top of a ladder in the shed (2)
- In a building south of the pilot (2)
Secondary targets usually appear on top of tables hidden out of reach behind chain link fences. Each of these items appears in pairs, so be sure to take photos of both items in each area. Again, the locations are random for everyone, so some tables may be empty and the targets may be different each time.
North Dock Secondary Targets
There are five possible secondary targets on the north dock, east of the airstrip on Perico Key Island.
- In the southernmost building near a security camera (3).
- In a building near the northeast security camera, near the claw (2).
There are many useful items here, such as bolt cutters, a claw and guard clothing, but the valuables are the main attraction. Watch out for guards and security cameras.
Secondary objectives in the central complex
There are nine possible secondary targets in the central complex, located in the heart of the island of Cayo Perico.
- In a shed north of the security camera overlooking the main road (2).
- Behind a door in the northwest part of the central complex next to a security camera (3)
- In a T-shaped building in front of the main platform next to the bend in the road (2)
- In a small hangar south of the main dock to the west of a security camera (2)
