Once the Seagrass is located, you will need to break it down with a shears. A shear is a tool used to get or break down many items, including wool, ferns, or tall grass. Smaller seagrass plants will drop one seagrass, while larger seagrass plants will drop two seagrass.

Once the duo are found, equip the Seagrass for your primary use slot and right click on each turtle. Turtles will start to breed; then they will lay their eggs on the beach where they came from.
