A new challenge is available in BitLife for a limited time called the House Flipper. You will need to meet a series of requirements to complete this challenge and achieve them in one lifetime. These challenges have a specific theme associated with them.
To complete the pinball house challenge, you will need to meet these requirements:
- Start a first generation life
- Never a full time job
- Sell more than 10 houses
- Make 1,5 million real estate profits
- Be 60 years of age or under
You will need to meet all of these conditions before you turn 60. Unfortunately, many of them will require you to do this after the age of 18 because you won't be able to buy real estate. However, you can prepare for it. A great strategy to do when you're younger is to do part-time and freelance gigs on a regular basis. You can ask your character to teach other classmates in high school and have a part-time job when you can have one, usually around the same time. It's a great way to earn new income.
You can only do this with a character that doesn't start with anything, so you need to create a new person. You cannot do this with a character who is related to your first one, so a child who inherits all the income from his parents. Make sure you start with a brand new character.
You want to stick to freelance and part-time jobs to make money. Try to do it earlier, and since you'll never have a full-time job, you can skip college. You want to try and buy a home as quickly as possible to start acquiring and sitting on new assets. Freelance work only takes a long time due to the number of times you have to click on it, but it's a great way to make money.
To sell homes, you must first buy them. You can choose from a variety of homes available in any of the asset sections. You will need to have a good credit history and a significant amount of income to receive any loan amount. You probably won't want to hold too many houses at once. It's probably best to stick with two or three homes, then sell one before buying another. You will need to sell at least 10.
The profit you make from all your homes must be over $ 1,5 million. You can do this fairly quickly by buying homes ranging from 200 to 300. By selling at least 000, which equals 10, you can easily profit from it, especially if you take care of it. You want to avoid buying the cheapest house because it is generally of poor quality. It would help if you try to buy some that have high condition.
Once you have completed all of the above tasks before you turn 60, you will have completed the challenge.
