How to earn money in Pokémon Sword and Shield

Fighting the battles between coaches can be painful, but making the in-game money is worth it. You may never know when you'll need the extra cash if you want to buy more medicine for your Pokémon, some curry ingredients, or get a new wardrobe. Here are some tips on how to farm money in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

Amulet Coin Location

To save money buying Luck from the Hulbury Frankincense Merchant, you can find the Amulet Room located on the outskirts of Motostoke. Once out of Galar Mine 2, you will see an object behind the Motostoke Outskirts sign. Pick it up and the amulet piece is yours. It's early enough for you to earn more money throughout the game.

Nuggets and Pearls Galore

Throughout your Pokémon journey, you will encounter glittering objects on the ground or even in the water. Some hidden objects can be combat usable objects such as a wide objective. There are even items like nuggets and pearls that can be used to sell money. They are hidden in large places like the wilderness and the roads of the region.

Just keep digging

Another great way to earn money is to hire the Digging Duo near the Wild Area Daycare. For 500 Watts, they'll tap into treasures, some of which can be sold for cash. Articles can include Stardust, Rare Bones, and Comet Shards.

Clear your way

To increase your chances of selling items for cash, Max Raid Battles is another way to earn cash as well. Whenever the Pokémon has at least three stars, its chances of earning rewards after battle are better. You can earn items like Big Nuggets, Rare Bones, etc.
