If you're new to this area, you'll want to know how to check IVs and learn all about breeding in Pokemon Sword and Shield first. If you are familiar with all of this, you will just want to familiarize yourself with the method, but first of all a warning. This requires some bypassing basic Pokemon mechanics, including game saves. You may end up corrupting your save file by doing so, so proceed with extreme caution.
