If you do not have a second number with which to replace the one with which you registered on TikTok, know that I will also show you how to delete the account associated with your phone number and create a new one, by registering with one of the other methods among those available.
First, therefore, access TikTok from the official app of the service (available on the Play Store or on alternative stores) and press the button Me at the bottom right.
