The first thing you'll need is Farfetch'd. In Pokémon Sword, you can find Farfetch'd on Route 5. The encounter seems to be quite rare, so you'll have to wander the route until you meet him and then catch him with a Pokéball. Just start the battle, then go to Bag and select the Pokéball to throw it.
