First Steps
Get out of bed and come down to talk to your mother. After some pleasantries, go to the door and talk to Prof. Kukui. Go up to the room again and examine the boxes at the end of the bed to get your hat and bag. Go back to Kukui again and get ready to follow him to visit the Alola archipelago!
Village of Lili
Kukui will send you in search of the island's Kahuna. Go up the stairs to notice a girl running away in the forest.
Mahalo Trail
Just follow the path until you reach the bridge. You will meet the girl from the village again. You agree to save her Pokemon simply by going to the bridge. After the film you will get a LIGHT STONE.
Village of Lili
The story will take you back to the village of Lili where the Kakuna of the island to make you choose your first pokemon, the starter of this new adventure, between:

Popplio (Water Type)
Any Pokemon chosen will be level 5. After choosing your Pokemon the Prof will give you the POKEDEX and the Coach PASSPORT.
Back in the lower part of the village, you will meet Hau, the Kakuna's grandson, who will want to challenge you in a Pokemon match.
CHALLENGE - HAU
POKEMON: Rowlet Lv 5.
Follow the film and go home to present the chosen Pokemon to your mother. After a small conversation, go to the door to open the door for the Professor.
Route 1
The professor will take you to Path 1 to teach you how to capture Pokemon. He will also give you 5 POTIONS and 10 POKEBALLS.
Left alone on the route continue and keep right to find a pokeball with a POTION.
CHALLENGE - FERNANDO (BRAT)
POKEMON: Lv 3 rattata.
CHALLENGE - YASMINA (TEENAGER)
POKEMON: Caterpie Lv 3.
Just behind the previous coach you will find a POKEBALL on the ground. In front of the route sign one cross the fence and look near the palm tree to find a pokeball with a NARRATOR. A little further on, just behind the advice sign, you will find another Pokeball with a POKEBALL.
CHALLENGE - CRIS (BABY)
POKEMON: Yungoos Lv 4.
Arrived at the torches before climbing the stairs look in the left corner behind the grass to find a Pokeball with an ANTIPARALYSIS.
Village of Lili
When you arrive at the village you will be informed about the party and you will have to fight to show the moves of your Pokemon. Luckily the Kakuna of the village will get your team back on its feet.
CHALLENGE - HAU
POKEMON: Pichu Lv 6, Rowlet Lv 7.
After the battle the Kakuna will provide you with Z-rim.
The next day.
The following morning Lilya will accompany you to the teacher's laboratory while your mother will give you the first PAYMENT. On the way you will meet several coaches. Don't use the difference in height to go down but pass from the left.
CHALLENGE - MATTEO (BRAT)
Grubbin Lv6.
At the end of the descent you will find a Pokeball containing an AWAKE.
CHALLENGE -DALIA (TEENAGER)
POKEMON: Wingull Lv 6.
Once arrived at the laboratory, the professor will give you the POKEDEX ROTOM that will work as a real navigator for the whole adventure.
Follow Lylia who will show you how the Pokemon center works so you can get your team back on its feet. If you talk to the left bank he will give you a WASHBASIN.
School for Coaches
Once out, continue to follow the girl to enter the Pokemon coaching school. Here you will meet the teacher who will give you a very important tool the EXPERIENCE SHAREHOLDER. You will have to find and defeat 4 coaches. To the right of the entrance building there is a Pokeball with a POTION. Another POTION can be found in the lower left corner of the field.
CHALLENGE 1 -MARTINO(BRAT)
POKEMON: Metapod Lv 7.
WHERE: Before entering, go to the left side of the central building and open the small red gate at the top. You will immediately find this coach in front of the gate, but if you visit this area properly, going downwards, you will find 2 Pokeballs, one with an ANTIPARALYSIS and one with an ANTIDOTO.
CHALLENGE 2 -ANITA (SPORTS)
POKEMON: Pikipek Lv 8.
WHERE: Before entering, go to the right side of the central building to find this coach in the corner near a machine.
Go into the school and talk to the woman dressed in white in the area with the TV to the left of the stairs. She will give you a RAPIDARTIGLI.
CHALLENGE 3 - CAROLA (LITTLE GIRL)
POKEMON: Bonsly Lv 7.
Where: Inside the school. Talk to the little girl to the right of the stairs.
If you go up to the first floor of the school and enter the last classroom you can talk to the children sitting in the classroom. Talk to the child on the right in the first desks to receive a POTION as a gift. Finally, go out and go back to the ground floor to find the last coach.
CHALLENGE 4 - LEANDRO (YOUNG HOPE)
POKEMON: Grimer Lv 8.
WHERE: At the little fields of land to the left of the school entrance. After defeating him he will give you the MT 01 CUORDILEONE.
Go to the first floor of the school to fight with the last challenger.
CHALLENGE - CLEAR (TEACHER)
POKEMON: Magnemite Lv 8, Meowth Lv 9.
Defeat the teacher you will get 5 MEGABALL.
INFO: Going back to the third floor of the school you will find a man in front of a door who tells you about a very challenging fight but you will have to come back later in the adventure.
Follow your companions to the next town.
Hau'oli - Promenade
Look under the first staircase to the beach to find a POKEBALL.
Follow your comrades to continue. Before leaving the area, however, enter the gate on the left and continue to the end to collect a REVITALIZER.
Hau'oli - Commercial Zone
In this area you will be given a new gadget, the POKEVISOR with which to photograph the Pokemon in the dedicated points. As soon as you finish the tutorial of the new gadget go back to the tourist office and talk to the shop assistant on the left to play the classic LOTTERY present in every episode of the saga.
Talk to the scientist in the lower left corner of the Tourist Office. He will ask you to capture 10 different types of Pokemon for his research. If you bring them to him he will give you 10 ULTRABALL.
A little further on you will find the Clothes Shop. If you talk to the woman outside the door she will give you a SILK SCARF.
Continue to the Pokemon Centre, come in and talk to the blonde woman near the cafeteria. She will ask you to capture a DRIFLOON at Hau'oli Cemetery. If you bring it to her, you'll get 10,000 coins as a reward.
If you talk to the old man near the Market, always inside the Pokemon Centre, you will get to know CANCELLAMOSSE, another unmissable presence in the various episodes of the series.
Come out to discover that Team Skull has been spotted at the port. All that remains for you to do is to head to that area and stop at the huge villa on the left.
In the garden near the swimming pool you will find a sphere containing an ETERE. If you come in and talk to the woman in the kitchen you will get a PAN DI LUMI.
Go back to the street and shortly after turning the corner you will find the Town Hall. Come in and talk to the woman sitting in the central benches who will give you a REVITALIZING.
Then enter the outside gate just to the left of the Town Hall to collect a sphere with a MINIFUNG.
Continuing on you will meet Hau just out of the House of Malasada where you can buy several sweets for your Pokemon.
On your way you will finally meet the Police Station, in front of it you can see a small garden with a yellow ball which you can access from a small gate nearby. This is the MT 49 ECHEGGIAVOCE.
Hau'oli - Porto
Continue to the end of the road to find yourself in the port area of the city. Descend immediately to the right bank and you will find a SUPERPOTION ball on the pier.
Talked to the two guys arguing near the boarding to get a DEFENSE X and an ATTACK X.
Finally talk to Liam, the boy with pink hair in the middle of the area, to be attacked by Team Skull.
CHALLENGE - RECRUIT (TEAM SKULL)
POKEMON: Zubat Lv 8.
Defeated Team Skull will be the same Liam to challenge you.
CHALLENGE - LIAM
POKEMON: Yungoos Lv 9, Smeargle Lv 10.
You just have to go back to the Commercial Zone of the city to discover that the road to Route 2, the one on the left of the Pokemon Centre, must be freed by a Tauros!
Route 2
Do what the Kahuna requires to calm Tauros and reach Route 2. Go uphill to meet the first coach:
CHALLENGE - LINA (BEAUTY)
POKEMON: Gastly Lv 9.
At the top, go right uphill to the cemetery.
Hau'oli Cemetery
You can collect an ANTIPARALYSIS from the ball behind the first graves on the left.
CHALLENGE - IKUE (ALLEVAPOKEMON)
POKEMON: Pikachu Lv 9.
On the left side of the cemetery behind the hedge you will find the MT 100 - CONFIDENZA.
CHALLENGE - AMBROSE (GENTLEMAN)
POKEMON: Makuhita Lv 9.
In the northern part of the cemetery you will find 2 spheres. In the one on the right you will find a BIG MUD. In the left one you will find a SUPERPOON.
CHALLENGE - WINNER
POKEMON: Diglett Lv 9.
Route 2
When you have finished at the cemetery, go back to route 2 and continue. You arrive in front of the first house on the right and continue uphill. Go down a few overhangs to find a ball with a CURE BALL.
Look behind the van in the hotel parking lot, the big building on the left, to find a SUPERPOON in a sphere.
Enter the only accessible room in the hotel and talk to the guy sitting there to get 2 MINOR BALL.
Just outside the hotel you will find
CHALLENGE - HARRY
POKEMON: Spearow Lv 8.
Berry Garden
You will be called to defeat Team Skull.
CHALLENGE - RECRUIT (TEAM SKULL)
Drowzee Lv 10.
Defeat the rookie and you'll get a BACCHARANCIA from the owner of the garden.
Look behind the garden owner's house for ARGENPOLVERE.
Look in the lower left corner of the garden to find a BIG MUD.
Route 2
Continue to face:
CHALLENGE - ALESSANDRA (GLOBETROTTER)
POKEMON: Cottonee Lv 10.
At the fork, go through the grass on the left and exit the fence. Climb up the elevation to find a REVITALIZER.
CHALLENGE - BERTO (BREEDERS)
POKEMON: Butterfree Lv 10.
CHALLENGE - ANGELINA (LITTLE GIRL)
Cutiefly Lv 9.
Go through the right side of the junction to find a SUPERPOON and a trainer:
CHALLENGE - RINA (TEENAGER)
Misdreavus Lv 9.
Enter the Pokemon Centre with Hau which will give you 3 REVITALIZING REVITALIZERS. If you talk to the girl near the market she will ask you to exchange a Spearow for her Machop.
If you talk to the girl near the cafeteria she will ask you to catch a Cutiefly at Route 3 in exchange for a reward.
Leave the Pokemon Center and talk to Liam to access the Underwood Cave.
Undergrowth Cave
Here you will have to face the FIRST TEST OF THE ISLANDS ROUTE by defeating the 3 Pokemon who are waiting in ambush in their dens and finally taking Crystal Z to the deepest part of the cave. You will have to defeat two Lv 11 Rattata and one Lv 11 Raticate accessible after the challenge against Team Skull:
Go immediately to the right to find a sphere with a SUPERPOON.
Interact with the large light-lit boulder you will find a little further ahead to pick up a REVITALIZER.
After climbing to the left, turn back and descend towards the entrance to pick up the MT 31-BRECCIA.
Climb to the top right crawl under the small tunnel to collect a SUPERPOON.
Near the upper left corner of the burrow you can collect a DEFENCE X.
After chasing the last Pokemon for a while Team Skull will appear to ask you for a rematch.
CHALLENGE - RECRUIT (TEAM SKULL)
POKEMON: Drowzee Lv 11.
After eliminating the last required Pokemon you can enter the next area of the cave by talking to the man on top.
Undergrowth Cave - Arena del Dominante
Collect the Crystal Z from the pedestal present in this area to be attacked by the dominant Pokemon: a Giant Raticate Lv 12, be careful because this Pokemon can call some Rattata Lv 10 to help him, also has an aura around it that increases his defense.
Once defeated you will have completed the test and obtained the NORMIUM Z Crystal. Liam will also allow you to capture the Pokemon that are in the cave giving you 10 MEGABALL.
Once out of the cave you will finally have access to Route 3 where you will have to go looking for Lylia.
Route 3
At the sign turn right to find a SUPERPOON.
Go back and turn left at the sign.
CHALLENGE - PHIL (YOUNG HOPE)
POKEMON: Psyduck Lv 13.
Then go down to the grassy area on the left to find a MINOR BALL.
CHALLENGE - BELOVED (YOUNG HOPE)
POKEMON: Petilil Lv 13.
When you get to the top of the course you'll meet the Professor. Turn right and talk to the man next to the tall grass to get a CALMANELLA.
A little further back is the entrance to...
Meadow Mele Mele
After listening to the girl's request, go down until you find a MEGABALL.
Cross the meadow of flowers and climb on the opposite platform. Look down to find a BALL NETWORK.
When you get to the other side, all you need to do is talk to the Nebula to finish your search. Before doing so, however, cross the yellow flowers in front of him to find a sphere with a VELENACULEO.
Route 3
As soon as you return to the Hau Path he will want to test your level:
CHALLENGE - HAU (COACH)
POKEMON: Pikachu Lv 13, Rowlet Lv 14.
Defeated Hau, cross the bridge to enter a new challenge:
CHALLENGE - CHRISTIAN (YOUNG HOPE)
POKEMON: Growlithe Lv 13.
As soon as you defeat this coach you will have defeated everyone on Path 3. Go back before the bridge and talk to the boy in blue on the left. This challenge will only be accessible after you have eliminated the 3 coaches on the course:
CHALLENGE - SAMUEL (TRAINER)
POKEMON: Rockruff Lv 13, SlowPoke Lv 14.
Be careful because this coach will use a Cartelrosso on you by changing your Pokemon on the field. The CARTELROSSO will also be the reward for the challenge.
Now cross the bridge again and shortly after the first coach you will find a SUPERPOTION on the right.
Before leaving the area, talk to the guy in yellow on the right who will ask you to catch a Rockruff on Ten Carat Hill. If you bring it to him you will receive 3000 in cash.
If you look in the grassy area behind him you will find BACKS and a MINOR BALL.
Village of Lili
Return to the village via the unblocked road leading to Route 1. Once there, talk to Hala and prepare for a challenge with Pokemon of the Lotta type. The challenge is not very demanding, especially if you have fast Pokemon. You can also use the previously obtained Rapidartigli to attack first and more frequently.
CHALLENGE - HALA (KAHUNA)
POKEMON: Mankey Lv 14, Makuhita Lv 14, Crabeawler Lv 15.
Defeated Hala you will get the LUCTIUM Z Crystal.
Finally you will also receive a CALL with built-in TAUROS. Instead, the Professor will provide you with the MT 54-FALSOFINAL.
Now you can choose to go and talk to Mum and then go to the port to continue with the story, or go back to some places on this island to reach the places that were inaccessible before thanks to your new friend Tauros who can break the rocks and especially climb for the first time on the TEN CHARACTERS HILL.
Route 1
Enter it from Lili's Village and break the rocks just below on the left. Continue breaking the path of rocks with Tauros and you will reach a sphere containing a PEPITA.
Route 2
Enter this path from the Commercial Zone of Hau'oli. Go uphill and break through the rocks just to the left to find a Pezzo Stella.
Route 3
Return to this route from Route 1. Cross the wooden bridge and turn right immediately to break up the rocks and collect the MT 83-ASSILLO.
Undergrowth Cave - Arena del Dominante
Break the rocks in this area to reach MT 46-FURTO.
Ten Carat Hill
Accessible by smashing the rocks at the foot of the mountain to the left of the Pokemon lab.
As soon as you enter you will find an Attack X in the corner. Later on, in the upper part, you can collect a SUPERPOON and a ULTRABALL.
Ten Carat Hill - Caldera Recondita
Going out in the external part you can collect different spheres and find, starting from the left: a STONE, a MEGABALL, a PEPITA, an ANTISCOTTATURA.
Cross the tall grass to the right and climb even higher to find the MT 62-ACROBAZIA.
Hau'oli - Porto
Get to the pier and talk to KuiKui about leaving for the island of AKALA!

After the various pleasantries, you can visit the city. In the boarding hall you will find nothing interesting while in the Tourist Office you will meet the ONOMASIC JUDGE, who can change the name of your Pokemon.
In front of the Dress Shop there is a woman dressed in white, talk to her to get a RARE CARAMEL.
Inside the Dress Shop instead a man will ask you to bring him a Pyukumuku from Hanu Hanu Beach.

Continue on towards the hotel and prepare to meet two individuals who will challenge you in a duel:
CHALLENGE - SINA (COACH)
POKEMON: Delibird Lv 15, Glaceon Lv 16.
Once defeated you will get the TECA ZYGARDE to collect the cells that you will find around the map and will be marked by a small shimmer.
Continue and enter the Hotel Voce del Mare. Go to the left side of the central corridor and look in the bottom left corner, next to the sofa to find a ZYGARDE CELL.
Leave the hotel and go to the dirt road before the roundabout to reach...
Route 4
Turn right into the first tall grass to pick up a MEGABALL.
CHALLENGE - AMADEO (PORTER)
POKEMON: Drifloon Lv 14.
After the information sign, take the first little road on the right to reach a rock. Interact with it to collect a MINOR BALL.
At the first salt-pan, look at the rocky ridge on the left to find a CELLULA ZYGARDE. Continuing to the left you will find...
CHALLENGE - ALEANDER (CERCAPOKEMON)
POKEMON: Munchlax Lv 13, Bacon Lv 14.
Behind him there will be a sphere with a REVITALIZER.
Continuing to go up you will have to fight with...
CHALLENGE - MICHELE (VACATIONER)
POKEMON: Lv 14 rattata.
In front of the second information sign, go down and cross the tall grass to find a FIFASFERA.
CHALLENGE - IRENEO (COOK)
POKEMON: Cutiefly Lv 14.
Before entering the new area, go down to the grass at the bottom to find a RADICENERGY and pick up the BACKS from the tree on the right.
Ohana
When we get to the village, Hau will be ready to challenge you in battle:

POKEMON: Pikachu Lv 16, Dartrix Lv 17.
Enter the wooden building to the left of the Pokemon Centre and go up to the second floor. Go down the corridor and talk to the Magmar on the right to get a VELOX BALL.
Ohana Farm
CHALLENGE - MICHELA (MADAME)
POKEMON: Carbink Lv 15.
After this coach you will get to know Ibis, the Captain of this island who will record STOUTLAND in your CALL. Use it immediately to find inside the enclosure a FRESH WATER, near the pond on the left, a REPELLENT, in the central area below and a MUMU MILK, in the central area above.
In the middle of the next high dry grass, always with STOUTLAND, you will find some GASSOSA.
While in the upper right corner of this first high dry grass you can collect a ZYGARDE CELL.
CHALLENGE - FEDERICO (ALLEVAPOKEMON)
POKEMON: Mudbray Lv 15.
Use STOUTLAND in the dry grass to the left of the previous coach to find a SUPERREPELLENTE. In the lower left corner of this dry grass you will find a ball with an ETER.
Later on you will find on your way the POKEMON HOSTEL where you can leave your pokemon to rest and also get some eggs. If you talk to the girl inside on the left you will get the MT-10 INTROFORCE. If you talk to the girl at the checkout you will get an Egg.
In front of the Hostel there is a small passage in the fence. Enter it and interact with the ground to pick up a PIETRAOVAL.
Look behind the red truck on the right to find a MONETAMULETO.
Now all you have to do is head north to the Roaring Hill to meet...
CHALLENGE - AMILCARE (GENTLEMAN)
POKEMON: Sableye Lv 15.
...after you have defeated him, you may proceed to...
Route 5
In this area you will have to defeat several coaches in order to go on the ISLANDS ROUTE TEST.
CHALLENGE - LIANA AND LUANA (TWINS)
POKEMON: Igglybuff Lv 15, Happiny Lv 15.
After this pair of coaches go on to meet Hau and a new challenger, Iridio:
CHALLENGE - IRIDIUM (TEAM SKULL)
POKEMON: Zubat Lv 17, Type Zero Lv 18.
After the match Hau will give you 3 REVITALIZERS.
Before continuing on to the Pokemon Center, go back to the two starting coaches and climb to the right to find a SUPERPOILER. If you go to the right and beyond the grass and interact with the big brown rock, you can also pick up a STAR BLOCK.
If you climb above the rocky area and continue upwards you will find the MT 41-ATTACCALITE.
CHALLENGE - CATHERINE (ALLEVAPOKEMON)
POKEMON: Morelull Lv 15, Ledyba Lv 16.
Now go to the left side of the route and go up in the high grass between the two lakes to find MT 57-RAGGIOSCOSSA. Continuing to the left you will find another coach near the BACCHE tree.
CHALLENGE - MAURO (ALLEVAPOKEMON)
POKEMON: Paras Lv 15, Spinarak Lv 16.
Finally just before the Pokemon Centre you will find another pair of coaches:
CHALLENGE - URSULA AND FLAVIO (YOUNG HOPES DUO)
POKEMON: Rufflet Lv 17, Vullaby Lv 17.
In the Pokemon Center talk to the scientist on the left who will ask you to capture a Feebas at the Roaring Hill. The little boy in green next door will exchange his Bounsweet for a Lillipup. If you talk to the old man with the fishing rod next to the market, you will get a SUPERCOLPO.
Rustling Hill
After talking to Suiren and agreeing to help her, cross the bridge and talk to the coach down on the beach.
CHALLENGE - SANDRO (FISHERMAN)
POKEMON: Barboach Lv 16, Goldeen Lv 17.
Just behind this coach you will find a BALL NETWORK.
Return to this area after you have obtained LAPRAS and go down into the pond with the bridge. Look in the lower left corner to find a small beach with a coach:
CHALLENGE - FIRST (FISHERMAN)
POKEMON: Tentacool Lv 17.
Behind this coach you will find a ball with a RARE CARAMEL.
Once you reach the top of the hill Suiren will add LAPRAS to your CALL. If you look on the pier just below Suiren you can tackle it:
CHALLENGE - HAPPY (FISHERMAN)
POKEMON: Poliwag Lv 17.
In the upper corner of the pond you will find a ball with SPECIAL ATTACK X. Nearby you can tackle it:
CHALLENGE - FABIANA (GLOBETROTTER)
POKEMON: Fletchling Lv 17.
Check the splash as required to come across a wild Wishiwashi Lv 17. After defeating the Pokemon, cross the pond to find a REVITALIZER in a ball.
Continue into the second pond to find again a wild Wishiwashi Lv 17 that creates splashes in the center of the water.
Cross the pond with LAPRAS but go out in the lower left to find a small strip of land with high grass and at the end the MT 55-HYDROVAMPED.
CHALLENGE - ATTILIO (FISHERMAN)
POKEMON: Magikarp Lv 16, Magikarp Lv 17.
Roaring Hill - Arena of the Dominante
When you reach Suiren after the columns you have to start the SECOND ISLANDS TEST. Before jumping into the water, however, continue on the beach going to the left so as to collect a HYPERPOTION.
