    The three trials send you all over the Isle of Armor, and it's a very big place. Unlike other places, the Isle of Armor is a massive wilderness area. There are no loading screens and you can take multiple paths to reach each section of the map.

    Trial # 1: Chasing Fast Slowpokes

    Three slowpokes move at mach speed! Get off at Soothing wetlands to find them all and collect the uniform of Klara's Dojo master.

    Before you begin, talk to the lady to the left of the Master Dojo, near the path leading to the Soothing Wetlands. She can give you one of two bike customizations! It will also recharge the speed of your bike.

    To chase slowpokes, exchange on your bike [- / +] then use your speed boost to catch them up [[Shoulder button R]. Hunt down all three and beat them in a fight to complete the challenge.

    • Galarian Slowpoke are weak for: Thumbtack, Ghost, and Dark types.

    Slowpokes speed up, kicking up dust as they circle wide open spaces. You won't find them in tight places! Explore the wide open spaces of calming wetlands, and you can't miss them. Dust in the distance is an easy way to spot them.



    For your success in this trial, you will be able to choose Bulbasaur ou Squirtle as a reward! Both will be able to Gigantamax once they evolve, so choose carefully.

    Test # 2: Picking Mushrooms Max

    For this test, go down to Warm-up tunnel, just past the soothing wetlands and concentration forest. You won't find any Max Mushrooms in the Concentration Forest at this time, so you'll need to go to the Warm-up tunnel instead of.

    The warm-up tunnel is located after the soothing wetlands and concentration forest. Through the forest you will enter the practice lowlands. The cave test is located in the northeast corner of this area.

    hurry[[Yes]at inspect large red mushrooms with white swirls on them. You'll find them inside the cave, but they don't spawn an interaction prompt when you're close. Interact with them anyway!

    Mushrooms are found in the straight path near the entrance. Catch them to get all three - you'll have to fight your Nemesis trainer though! Make sure to heal before picking the mushrooms.

    Return to the Master Dojo to collect your Master Soup!

    Test # 3: Dynamax Trainer Battle

    The final battle pits you against your rival trainer in a Dynamax battle. Talk to Master Mustard, then go through the back doors of the dojo to find the trainers arena. Depending on your version of the game, you will encounter Klara ou Avery.


    • Pokemon sword: Klara, Poison Type - Weak Ground and Psychic
    • Pokemon shield: Avery, Psychic Type - Low to Bug, Ghost & Dark

    This is a Dynamax battle, so be sure to bring a strong type against your rival trainer's main Pokemon. I also highly recommend using Max Soup to upgrade one of your team's Pokémon to a Gigantamax Pokémon.


    During these fights always save your Gigantamax for the latest Pokémon - your enemy trainer waits until the last minute, so use your G-Max power to counter theirs, otherwise you could take a lot of damage!

    • Klara Trainer Battle:
      • Klara places poisonous spikes on the battlefield, automatically poisoning any Pokémon you send. Flying Pokémon are not affected.
      • Clear use Crusted, Weezing, Tourbillon & Slowbro
      • Klara sera Dynamax Galarian Slowbro.

    To win the battle you will win the Master Dojo Secret armor! This is not a regular outfit, it is actually a Pokemon - Kubfu! This is the legendary Pokémon of the Isle of Armor, and you can upgrade Kubfu to acquire several new forms.
