Recover archived Instagram videos

Do you have a video that you have unintentionally archived and you don't know how to recover it? We have the solution!

For a few months, Instagram has allowed archive your own content instead of deleting them, a very convenient function that preserves not only the content (photos or videos), but also the views, comments and likes.
It happens, however, that someone, fumbling through the settings, involuntarily archives a video without knowing how to reset it. So let's see what is the procedure to recover your videos.

Recover Archived Videos

To retrieve the archived videos, simply go to the tab of your profile and tap on the first figure at the top right, the one with the clock with the circular arrow.

Once this was done, we entered our space dedicated to archived contents (the archive, in fact). By default, the space reserved for Stories will be shown, but tapping on "Archive of Stories" will open a drop-down menu where "Post Archive".

Obviously, the spaces will show us the archived contents which, however, will not be in the order of “archiving date” but in the chronological order of the loading of the contents.
To retrieve the video just tap on the content: in this way it will open and we will be able to view it together, as mentioned above, with the number of views, “likes” and comments.
Tapping the three points at the top (those next to the username) will open only two options, "Show in profile"Ed"Delete“: By selecting“ Show in Profile ”, the video will be recovered and reintegrated into the contents of your account while, by tapping on“ Delete ”, the content will be permanently deleted.

The procedure is instant and, as you will see, the video will be reintegrated into your profile in its place, therefore in the chronological order in which it was before archiving.
