The players on this list are 21 years old or younger in the game's database (which will explain the exclusion of Kylian Mbappé, who is listed as 22), giving you the best possible chance of reaching your potential and they come from various leagues, meaning that some of the more unknown players might be available at a slightly lower price or have a high probability of joining you.

Keep in mind that playing styles differ from player to player, so while one player may be the best statistically at a position, not all of them will work for the role you're looking for. For example, Eduardo Camavinga is the best rated young player in central midfield, but he has an Anchor Man style of play, a more defensive role.
