IMPORTANT: The trophies are unlocked at the end of the chapter, just like in Heavy Rain, this means that if to unlock a trophy you have to e.g. "Water the plant" at the beginning of chapter 3, you will have to play ALL the chapter 3 and you will unlock the trophy only at the end. If you leave the chapter immediately after "Water the plant" you will NOT unlock the trophy.
In the list below you will find the trophies related to the endings of the game:
Faster than death
All the boys have survived until dawn. It means that the 4 male protagonists must make it to the end credits alive.
The four daughters of darkness
All the girls survived until dawn. It means that the 4 female protagonists must make it to the end credits alive.
Death didn't run to Jessica.
Jessica survived her night of terror. That means Jessica must make it to the credits alive.
Instant Hell
To burn the cabin, Sam hit the switch the first chance he got. You have to blow up the cabin at the end of the game as soon as the game suggests it. To do so, you'll need to finish chapter 10 by going back to the cabin with at least Sam and Mike. Once back at the cabin, follow the steps below:
1-Downstairs and in the cinema hall you will be attacked by enemies who will force the boys to escape upstairs (closing the door or not is not important for obtaining this trophy).
2-Get back upstairs and stand still with the controller when you see the enemy on the chandelier.
3-Continue to pass all QTEs until your enemies break a gas pipe and Mike comes up with an idea.
4-Not as soon as Mike breaks the bulb, you'll be given a choice. Choose to run away and turn on the light, at the first opportunity, to unleash an Instant Hell.

GOOD ENDING
The boys will all have arrived safely at dawn and you can watch some footage during a police interrogation. These movies vary by a few sentences depending on the relationship between the characters and the choices you've made in the game.
BAD ENDING
The boys will all be dead, and you can see footage of their deaths with time of death.
MIXED FINAL
Not an actual ending, but a mix of the previous two. If someone's dead, they won't appear in police interviews, but only the time of death will be shown.
