Using a specific perk, it is possible to cultivate approximately 6 ~ ETO per minute. All you have to do is find an operator with the 'Signature bonus"Advantage. This benefit rewards you with approximately 300 ETO when you persuade the recruit to join DedSec. You will instantly receive money.

300 ETO doesn't sound like much - but you can recruit and withdraw this agent indefinitely. Once you've recruited them, removing them will leave the recruit a friendly view of DedSec. This means they will join instantly.
