Even the best players will fight endgame super bosses. These high-level goliaths are absurdly powerful, and most players will squeal levels for hours on end for a chance to beat them. Leveling up is one method, or you can combine your skills for a perfectly cheesy method of fighting bosses while still being virtually invincible.
This strategy was shared by u / serendae 7 on Reddit - and it really works. It might not be quite useful, but it's a great way to dodge certain levels and fight those level 99 bosses before you hit the level.
How to Make Endgame Super Bosses Much Easier to Beat
To make Lunatic 90+ difficulty bosses much easier, you'll need to equip gear and sacramentals to generate BOOST as much as possible.
- Equipment:
- Accessories that increase BOOST gain at low HP.
- Accessories that reduce the cost of SP.
- Sacramentaux:
- Equip Seal of Ares & Ring of Einherjar to reduce the EXTRA skill cost and increase BOOST gain.
- Articles:
- To bring BOOST Potions or cook meals to give + SP.
Once you're ready, step into battle and immediately use the BOOST potion. Take about 50% damage, then enter BOOST mode. Go immediately for your EXTRA, then use your skills to generate more BOOST. Focus on skills like Faux vermilion and other high SP skills - these will generate more BOOST, slow down time, and give you invincibility frames.
Basically you want to keep spamming BOOST. At 50% or less HP, press BOOST, use your EXTRA, then use a skill to recharge enough to BOOST again. Basically, you will be able to continue indefinitely and knock out the boss. Most of the time you will have invincibility frames, and the boss will be slowed down, unable to act at all.
It's an easy way to fight bosses if you are 20 ~ levels below them. Try the harder difficulties if you're struggling - or just do it on Normal to overcome some of the more difficult challenges in the game.
