Batman Arkham Knight How to unlock the Penguin Arms Mission

Continuing in the main plot, at about 50% completion of the City of Fear Mission History, you'll be informed by Alfred that Nightwing, aka Dick Grayson, is investigating some suspicious weapons trafficking and that Oswald Cobbelpot, the Penguin, may also be involved. Once you've completed the first part of the mission, you'll always have to continue in the main plot to unlock the others at regular intervals. Check the mission wheel to find out when new INFOs will appear on the WEAPONS CONTROL symbol. The missions are basically divided into 3 phases:

1. Follow the frozen food van - After tracking the van with the Jammer, you'll need to scare the drivers and drive them away. Flying through the rooftops you will have to follow the frozen food truck that will return to the base after a few manoeuvres.
2. Enter the shelter and knock out the enemies - Once in the enemy base, you'll have to find a way to enter and take out all the enemies intent on packing weapons, to help you in this feat there will also be Nightwing with which to perform double KO acrobatics. The procedure to enter each base is shown on video.
3. Explode Weapons - Once you have eliminated your opponents, you will have to spray the explosive gel on the weapon crates, close the vault and blow up the Penguin's loads.
