Venti is currently one of the most powerful characters in Genshin Impact. Its extraordinary ability to create other characters, its elemental chain synergy, and strong crowd control make it a highly sought after 5 star. He also has some useful abilities that make it easier to traverse the map and grab Oculi, so he shines both in combat and off.
Building Venti properly means leaning into his Anemo abilities, dealing as much damage as possible. Keep in mind that the weapons and artifacts below will benefit Venti no matter how many constellations you have, but any fully unlocked character will obviously be more powerful than a standard Venti.
Arms
You have a few options for Venti, depending on how you want to use it. If you want to use it more as a support and require him to be able to do decent damage with his bow, then the Favonious bow is a great option. You can get it from Wishes, and it will give you a 60-100% chance to spawn an Orb item on a critical hit, which will make Venti 6 Anemo energy. Another great option is the Cordless Bow, which is also obtained from Wishes, increasing its Elemental Shard and Elemental Skill Power from 24 to 48%.

Artefacts
The Viridescent Venerer set is what you should be looking for. This will provide a two-piece Anemo damage bonus and a large four-piece whirlwind damage buff. You can get this set from chests, wishes, and some quests. If you want to actively try out a farm, you'll need to visit the Vale of Remembrance estate which will become available at Adventure Rank 25. You'll want a group level of around 47 to be able to complete it.
