To get the Doom Shotgun, known as the Speedloadn 'Hellwalker, all you need to do is play. You don't need to go to a special place, because this weapon can drop from one of the bosses.
You just need to play the story all the way to Athenas, fight your way through the level and follow the story missions until you come to a boss fight called Captain Traunt.
It can be a tough fight, depending on your level. Traunt wears heavy armor, can launch fire and ice attacks, and has some very interesting tricks up his sleeve. The first thing you want to do is strip that shield, and it has LOTS of armor. Make sure you bring an effective weapon to rip through shields. Pay close attention to his massive area-of-effect attacks.
If you decide on a smart plan and decide to hide in the elevated hallways on one side or the other, be careful. Traunt will spawn in these huge balls of ice and fire that run around the outskirts of the arena and down the halls. It is possible to stay in the hallways and not get hit, you just have to go to the widest part of the hallway. Once Traunt gets down to his red health bar the combat is actually pretty quick, don't give him time to reload those shields.
Legendary Doom Easter Egg Shotgun is not guaranteed, you may need to farm this boss multiple times. To cultivate it, just spawn at the start of the mission, then run where the fight is each time. In reality, it doesn't take long if you just ignore the baddies on the way to the fight.
