The year 2020 looks promising for the Pokémon franchise. With the release of Pokémon Sword and Shield last year, fans of the collectible card game are eagerly awaiting the release of new products to complement the new Switch game.
Here are a few products that collectible card game collectors can look forward to in 2020.
Galar Partners Tin - February 27

Players can now add the latest evolutions of these entries to their card collection in the form of Pokémon V sheets. Featured cards for these boxes are Rillaboom V, Cinderace V, and Inteleon V. Each starter will have their own unique box with a selection of five boosters. Each box will also come with one of three foil Pokémon and a card with a promo code for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online.
Toxtricity V Box - February 27
Image via The Pokémon CompanyModeled on the popular Electric / Poison-type Pokémon, the Toxtrcity box includes a Toxtricity V paper promotional card. The box will include an oversized sheet of Toxtricity V to display (or just leave on a shelf in your closet because you keep forgetting to get a frame while you were away, but enough about us). The box will include four booster packs and a promo code card for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online.
Sword & Shield Collector's Chest - April 3

He'll have five boosters, four sticker sheets, a Zacian and Zamazenta notepad, and three foil promo cards for each of the Galar region newbies: Sobble, Scorbunny, and Grookey. For coin collectors, there will be a coin representing each of the Galar region starting Pokémon. There will also be a small wallet to store the cards and a code card for the TCG online.
TAG TEAM Powers Collection – 27 mars
Image via The Pokémon CompanyThis release was announced last year and is approaching quickly. This will be the last product of the Sun and Moon series. This collection will include Espeon and Deoxys-GX, Umbreon and Darkrai-GX, Eevee-GX, Carracosta-GX, Leafeon and Glaceon. There will be two editions of the collection which will have jumbo cards either Espeon and Deoxys-GX or Umbreon and Darkrai-GX.
