Fortnite Chapter 2 is filled with all kinds of challenges, some easier than others. While searching for seven ammo crates in a single game doesn't seem too difficult, it's really about finding the right place to look for them. Land in the right spot, and this one will be finished in no time.
Fortnite Chapter 2 - The best place to search for seven ammo crates in one game
Sweaty Shores is the best place to head for this challenge quickly. You can see it on the map above, located in a bay to the northwest. When you introduce yourself you will notice a very tall apartment building in the eastern part of town.
Land on the roof, then collect the loot that is up there and go down, apartment by apartment. This building is absolutely stacked with ammo crates and you should be able to finish it before you reach the ground floor. It doesn't appear to be a very busy area either. So you should have enough peace as you try to catch them all.
If you reach the bottom and there aren't enough ammo crates, or you ran out of them, check the surrounding buildings. They all contain ammo crates, and you'll have completed this challenge within minutes of landing. If you run into enemies there are plenty of places to hide, if you just want to let them pass and focus on the challenge. You can of course just take them out and then resume hunting for ammo crates.
