The Albedo Secretum Secretorum banner ends on January 12, 2021.

The Albedo Secretum Secretorum is active from December 23 to January 12, which is also the same window in which the Chalk Prince and the Dragon event takes place. As with previous banners, Albedo is difficult to acquire due to its 5 star status, with a low drop rate of 0,6%. After 90 draws you are guaranteed a 5 star, but there is a 50/50 shot, it will be Albedo. After your 180th draw, you will get Albedo if you haven't already. 5 stars are expensive, so I recommend using free Primogems for your pull-ups and finger crossings, but if you must have Albedo I recommend you exercise restraint.

Wanting Albedo is understandable: his kit is already more functional and viable than Zhongli's, which caused a bit of controversy during the last banner when it was discovered that his kit wasn't really working without unlocking his Constellations. Seeing that you need duplicates to unlock Constellations and Zhongli is a 5 star, it seemed like miHoYo saw how far they could go to attract overspending. Fortunately, Albedo seems to have been designed to counter these complaints, so you won't have to go crazy trying to cultivate a duplicate to be worth it.

Along with Albedo, there are three 4 stars, and one of them is an S level character once you unlock his first Constellation. Bennett, Sucrose, and Fischl are all making a comeback, and each are powerful characters who complement a variety of party setups (especially Bennett). You have 2,550% to shoot any of them, which is the same percentage as a 4-star weapon (for a 5,10% chance of shooting anything 4-star). Every tenth draw will reward you with something 4 stars, and your first 4 star draw in the banner has a 50% chance of being one of those three featured characters. If you don't pull any on this sweater, then your next 4 star sweater will be one of the featured characters.

Finally, these are the other 5-star characters included in the Secretum Secretorum banner, making your pursuit of Albedo all the more complicated: Mona, Diluc, Keqing, Qiqi, Jean. This means that Childe, Venti, Klee and Zhongli are not available in this banner, nor in the standard banner.
