HolyHigh P1C: characteristics and appearance

P1C has a fairly classic and no-nonsense design. The case, with dimensions equal to 44x34x12 mm, is rectangular and in black plastic, with a top chrome profile. On the side we find three metal buttons, two placed on the left and one on the right, while nothing part that rests on our wrist we find the pins for charging and the heartbeat sensor. The strap, also black, is in soft matte silicone. In the hand it gives a feeling that is not really premium, being "plasticky" you can feel everything, from the weight (40 grams) to the noise it makes by touching it.

The display is a 1,3-inch color LCD with a resolution of 240 × 240 pixels, and covers only part of the dial. Bright enough indoors, outdoors, on the other hand, suffers from direct light enough.

The sales package includes a base for charging that fits under the smartwatch, equipped with a USB-microUSB cable. The power supply is missing, but the one we already use with our smartphones will be fine. The battery inside surprised us: the manufacturer declares a duration of able to exceed 7 days. With intense use I have reached i 5, however, a noteworthy result. Last point in favor of him: he is certified IP68, which makes it waterproof.

HolyHigh P1C: the smart part

HolyHigh  P1C can be considered one SportWatch as it is particularly oriented to physical activity, even outdoors: indoors 17 sports modes supported.

The features and the price range reminded us of Amazfit Bip Lite but the interface is also quite similar. On board we find about ten watchfaces (the digital watch faces) to choose from, all quite complete with regards to the information shown (steps, calories burned, heart rate).

There is however the possibility of receive notifications, both relating to incoming calls and the receipt of text messages.

Navigation between the various areas of the menu can be done both via physical buttons and touch controls. The latter are not very responsive, and are uncomfortable when used during a training session.

By swiping to the left you quickly access the sports activities menu. Continuing to the left, or with an initial swipe to the right, you access the other available functions and the settings menu. We find in order

  • Notification Center
  • Calendar
  • timer
  • stopwatch
  • Device settings

The application on smartphones

The application you need to download in order to start and synchronize your Holyhigh P1C is called Zeroner Health Pro, and you can find it both on the Google Play Store and on the App Store. Alas there is no clue about it in the box or in the instruction manual, I found the name through a little internet search.   HolyHigh P1C, the review of the inexpensive smartwatch HolyHigh P1C, the review of the inexpensive smartwatch Download QR-Code Zeroner(Zeroner Health Pro) Developer: com.kunekt Price: Free HolyHigh P1C, the review of the inexpensive smartwatch HolyHigh P1C, the review of the inexpensive smartwatch Download QR-Code ‎Zeroner(Zeroner health Pro) Developer: hongjia zhu Price: Free   The app is graphically very accurate and well done, and offers everything you need. We can manage notifications, vibration, the wrist on which we wear the smartwatch, reminders and then monitor our health. In fact, the monitoring of sleep, steps, calories and heart rate.   HolyHigh P1C, the review of the inexpensive smartwatch On the latter I found little accuracy. Trying this cheap smartwatch at the same time as my trust model, I noticed a discrepancy between the measured data. According to HolyHigh P1C I was sometimes bradicardico, that is, the beats were really low. It can be solved perhaps by tightening the strap very tightly, but the risk is that you then block the circulation of blood in the hand. This suggests a poor sensor sensitivity. HolyHigh P1C cheap smartwatch conclusion: buy it or not?

HolyHigh P1C, the review of the inexpensive smartwatch

HolyHigh P1C it can generally be considered a good product among budget smartwatches. Initially the price was € 69,99, but for some time now you can find it on Amazon at  € 45,99. For a device equipped with GPS it's a great price, and worth a try if your demands aren't high. The battery life, the numerous training modes and a curated app are its strengths. For the aesthetic aspect we cannot do much, it must be liked, but you can consider it a bit of a battle smartwatch.
