For many people, Instagram has now become essential, not only in the social sphere, but also in the workplace. In fact, there are many brands and bloggers who use the same service to advertise their products or works and, in these cases, it is almost mandatory to have external links to be included in the various sections of the most popular social network of the moment.
The most used "area" for this purpose is certainly that of the biography, which however does not allow the insertion of more than one link at a time. In this guide we will therefore analyze a simple and immediate portal that will help you break down this annoying limit.
Customize the "link in bio" of Instagram with Linktree
Linktree is a very simple and free website (in the basic version), accessible to anyone. The purpose of the creators of the aforementioned platform is precisely to create a "container" of links, accessible from a further link. The portal (linktr.ee) is mainly designed for use via Instagram (since registration can also be done using the account of the same social network), but obviously the link can then be inserted anywhere.
Once logged in, a blank screen will appear with a huge green button in the center that says it “ADD NEW BUTTON / LINK”. By clicking on it, a new section will be added, in which you will have to enter the title and link to advertise. Once this is done, the first link will be created and to preview it just click on the link at the top, under the heading “My Bio Link”. By clicking again on the same green button you can insert new buttons. Once everything is complete, all you need to do is copy the “My Bio Link” and paste it into the Instagram biography.
Dal tab "Settings" at the top you can then customize some parameters of the interface, as well as change the profile photo. The free version, although limited, allows adding infinite links, but to unlock all the other functions (additional themes, click data, stay on the site, social traffic via Google Analytics and much more) it will be necessary to switch to the PRO version, available at a cost of $ 6 a month.
