How to get Ultra Unlocks weekly during Pokémon Go Fest 2020

Pokémon Go Fest 2020 is almost here, and when it does, you can expect to see a lot of rare and exclusive Pokémon that you can catch for a limited time. There will also be global challenges available that all virtual event attendees can complete. These Global Challenges will vary, and once you've completed them, they'll grant you access to the Ultra Unlocks available weeks after the event. These Ultra Unlocks are exclusive to players who complete these challenges during Pokémon Go Fest 2020 on July 25, 10 a.m. to 20 p.m. local time. You must purchase a ticket to attend the event.



There will be 32 Global Challenges for you to complete on Day XNUMX.

Ultra Unlock Week One: Week of the Dragon

The first week of Ultra Unlock features dragons. You must complete eight of the Global Challenges in the first day to gain access. Dragon Week runs from July 31 at 13 p.m. PT to August 7 at 13 p.m. PT.

Specifications

  • The following Pokémon will appear in the wild more frequently: Alolan Exeggutor, Horsea, Dratini, Trapinch, Swablu, and Bagon. If you're lucky, you might find a Gible!
  • The following Pokémon will hatch from 7 km eggs: Horsea, Dratini, Trapinch, Swablu, and Bagon. Gible and Deino will also hatch from 7km eggs, but only if you're lucky.
  • Rayquaza will participate in five star raids.
  • Complete the Timed Search this week for a chance to meet not one, but two Deino's.
  • If you're lucky, you might find a shiny Deino.

Ultra Unlock Week Two: Semaine Enigma

The second Ultra Unlock introduces Engima Pokémon, which are the ones with mysterious origins, like Elgyem and Deoxys. You have to complete 16 global challenges to unlock it. Enigma Week runs from August 7 at 13 p.m. PT to August 14 at 13 p.m. PT.



Specifications

  • The following Pokémon will spawn more frequently in the wild: Staryu, Jigglypuff, Clefairy, Lunatone, Solrock, Baltoy, Bronzor, and Elgyem.
  • The following Pokémon will hatch from 7 km eggs: Cleffa, Igglybuff, Lunatone, Solrock, and Elgyem
  • The following Pokémon will be available in raids: Bronzong, Claydol, Bronzong, Elgyem, and Unown U, L, T, R, and A.
  • Deoxys will participate in five star raids. If you're lucky, you might run into a Shiny Deoxys.
  • If you're lucky, you might find a Shining Staryu.

Ultra Unlock Week 3: Unova Week

The third and final Ultra Unlock is Unova Week, featuring Pokémon based on Unova. These Pokémon range from Sewaddle, Cottonee, Emolga and more. You must complete 24 of the global challenges to unlock it. Unova Week will be available from August 14 at 13 p.m. PT through August 21 at 13 p.m. PT.


Specifications

  • The following Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild and hatch from 7 km eggs: Sewaddle, Cottonee, and other Pokémon originally found in the Unova region. If you're lucky you might find an Emolga!
  • Bouffalant will appear in the wild and hatch from 7 km eggs in New York City, the United States and surrounding areas.
  • Roggenrola and other Pokémon originally discovered in the Unova area will be available in the raids.
  • Genesect will participate in five star raids. If you're lucky, you might come across a Shiny Genesect.
  • If you're lucky, you might meet Shiny Roggenrola.
