Make an online telegram from a computer
The most comfortable solution for make an online telegram is to use your own computer and access the service Ship online offered by Poste cittàne. With this service, it is possible to compose telegrams of over 500 words and send them to up to 200 recipients in a single operation.
Before explaining how to make an online telegram from a computer with Poste cittàne, it will be useful to know the prices of the service. With Ship online you can send telegrams in the city and abroad with different rates depending on the number of words used.
- 3,50 euro for telegrams containing up to 20 words;
- 5 € up to 50 words;
- 8 € up to 100 words;
- 14 € up to 200 words;
- 30 € up to 500 words.
All prices shown are to be considered without VAT and refer to the shipment on national territory. For foreign tariffs and for more information, you can consult the Telegram section of the Poste cittàne website.
To send your telegram online, then connect to the Poste cittàne website, scroll down the page and locate the box Ship online, then click on the entry Telegram and, in the new open page, enter your login data in the fields Username e Password. Alternatively, you can authenticate via SPID by clicking on the item PosteID and entering the required data in the fields Enter email e Enter password. If, on the other hand, you do not yet have an account on Poste cittàne, click on the button Subscribe, inseerisci i tuoi dati nei campi Your name, Last name, Mobile phone e Tax Code e pulsing sul pulsating Continue. Now, check that the data shown in the fields Born in, In the province of, Birthday, State of birth e Gender are correct, put the check mark next to the item I'm not a robot and click sul pulsating Confirmation. Within a few moments, you will receive an SMS with a verification code: enter it in the field Confirmation code e pulsing sul pulsating Confirmation.
On the screen Complete your registration, inseerisci i tuoi dati nei campi Email e Password and click sul pulsating Confirmation, then put the check marks required to accept the conditions of service and press the button again Confirmation. Finally, check your details on the page Data summary and click on the button Confirm registration to receive an email containing an activation link: visit it within 48 hours to confirm your email and complete the registration.
After logging into your account, scroll down the page Ship online down, locate the box Telegram and click sul pulsating Ship now. If you are a new user, before you can use the service, you must add your residential address by clicking on the button Add addresses.
On the page Write the text of the Telegram, type the text of your telegram in the appropriate field, otherwise click on the item Choose a model to use one of the predefined telegram templates. Press, therefore, on the voice All and choose one of the telegram categories available from Marriage, Birth, Mourning, Greeting e Degree, then select the telegram of your interest and click on the button Continue to return the text to the screen Write the text of the telegram. Customize the message if you wish, otherwise click the button Continue to access the next step.
In the Enter address, choose whether to send the telegram in the city or abroad by selecting the items I want to send to town o I want to send overseas, then enter the recipient's details in the fields Name, Address, Location e POSTAL CODE and click sul pulsating Confirm recipient. Verify, therefore, that the data reported under the heading Sender are correct and, if you wish, put the check mark next to the option I want to insert the sender in the text of the telegram. Press on the button Continue, check that there are no inaccuracies in the data summary and click on the button Confirmation to proceed with the payment.
Now put the check mark next to the items Accept to accept the terms of service and the privacy policy, choose a payment method between Credit card, Postepay card e BancoPosta Online Account and click sul pulsating Confirmation. Enter the data of the chosen payment method and press the button Continue to complete the operation and send the telegram.
Make an online telegram from smartphones and tablets
With Poste cittàne it is also possible make an online telegram from smartphones and tablets. Just download the free application Ufficio postale for Android and iOS devices, access your account and take advantage of online services, such as paying for bills, sending packages and, of course, sending telegrams.
After downloading the app of Poste cittàne Post Office on your device, start it by pressing on its icon (the PT blue lettering on a yellow background) present on the home screen, then do three swipes to the right and press the button Choose your post office to select the post office in your area. Then press the icon of star for the chosen post office and tap the button Start.
On the main Post Office screen, press the item Telegram, enter your login details in the fields Username e Password e fai tap sul pulsating Log in to log into your account. If you don't have an account yet, click on the item Subscribe, insertion il tuo cellphone number and complete the registration procedure by entering your personal data. Alternatively, if you have created your SPID credentials with PosteID, tap on the item PosteID, inseerisci i tuoi dati nei campi Email address e Password e pulsing sul pulsating Log in.
Now, tap on the item Start, type the content of the telegram in the field Enter your text here (maximum 900 words) and enter a title in the field Match name. If, on the other hand, you want to use one of the standard templates, click on the icon page at the top right and tap the button + related to the category of your interest (Marriage, Birth, Mourning, Greeting e Degree), then presses on the chosen telegram and tap the button Continue.
On the next screen, check that your details are correct, put the check mark next to the item Include sender in the telegram text if you want to enter your name in the telegram and press the button Continue. Now, enter the recipient details in the fields Name, Address, Province, City e POSTAL CODE e fai tap sul pulsating Continue. On the screen Payment you can view the total cost of the telegram and the payment method available (Credit card): then presses the button Continue, check the data summary and tap the button Pay and ship to send the telegram.
You must know that if you have a PosteMobile SIM, you can also send a telegram through the application Poste Mobile (Android / iOS) and pay using your phone credit. After downloading the app from your device's store, launch it and tap the button ≡ at the top left, then select options Postal services e Telegram.
Now, tap on the item Write a telegram to write a telegram from scratch or press on the option Predefined telegrams to choose one of the standard telegram templates. Then enter your phone number in the field Telephone number, select yours date of birth e fai tap sul pulsating Proceed to receive an SMS with a temporary password: enter it in the field Password e pulsing sul pulsating Proceed to write and send your telegram.
Other solutions to send a telegram
If you do not like the Spedisci Online service that I proposed earlier or you are looking for a quicker solution to send a telegram, you should know that in addition to going in person to the post office in your area, with Poste cittàne you can send a telegram by telephone calling the number 186 from TIM mobile phones or landlines.
The telephone service is active every day (including holidays) from 7:00 to 23:00 and has a cost starting from € 5,20 for telegrams up to 20 words. With the telephone telegram you can also request the service Telephone anticipation (€ 2,50) which, in addition to sending the telegram in hard copy, allows you to send a phone call to the recipient to whom the telegram will be read.
The total cost of the service and the call costs (0,63 cents / call) will be deducted from the TIM credit or charged to the telephone bill in the case of a call from a fixed network.
How to make an online telegram
