One of the most appreciated and used features on Instagram is obviously the one linked to sharing Stories. In fact, many new and dated ones are published and displayed daily. In this guide we will focus on this second possibility, then going to see how share past Stories still present in the memory of our account.
Share Stories from the Instagram archive
In the settings of the application of the most used Social Network in the world there is the section "Archive", within which it is possible to review and share all the stories published over the years. Unfortunately, the aforementioned "area" was made available only from the end of 2017 and for this reason it will not be possible to view the memories belonging to the months and years prior to this date.
Once the archive is reached, it will then be possible to choose whether re-post a memory suggested by Instagram and belonging to the same day but in previous years, or any of those present. Let's see how to do it right away.
- Open the app "Instagram"
- Click on the profile icon at the bottom right
- Continue with the icon with three horizontal lines at the top right and then with "Archive"
- Scegliere "Share" under "It happens today" to post a memory of the same day in the past years in the stories
If you want to share another story instead, just choose it from those in the grid above and then click on the icon "Share" down. In both cases, you will automatically be returned to the story editing section.
