Lost Ark: new servers available for Europe along with a range of bonuses
Amazon Games has opened eight new servers for European players of Lost Ark, in an attempt to alleviate the problems of long queues to join Smilegate RPG's free-to-play MMO. As the function to transfer a character to another server has not yet been implemented, this will mainly affect new players joining in the next few days. However, Amazon Games has announced several attractive bonuses for those who decide to switch servers anyway.
As announced by Amazon Games, the eight additional servers are already online and form the new Western Europe region.
"We expect the opening of a new region to reduce, but not eliminate, wait times for Central Europe. However, players who choose the new Western Europe region are much less likely to encounter long queues," says Amazon Games on the official Lost Ark forums.
"Please note that if you move to a Lost Ark server in the new region you can still use your Royal Crystals and Crystal Aura, but no redeemed or purchased items will move with you."
On the other hand, players who still decide to move to a new server in Europe will be able to benefit from some bonuses.
"We understand that players have been collecting rewards with daily logins since launch, so the last 10 days of daily bonuses will be automatically granted to all characters created on Western European servers with the upcoming maintenance. They will also receive special rewards for logging in for the first 10 days after the launch of the servers, in addition to the rewards mentioned above."
"To make playing in the new region a more reasonable option, we will grant all purchasers of a Founder's Pack purchased before February 14 an extra set of items exclusive to the Founder's Pack they redeemed along with additional Royale Crystals. Players will start receiving these bonuses on February 19."
We also remind you that until March 2, 2022 you will be able to redeem at login a number of Lost Ark bonus items, awarded by Amazon Games to reward players' patience.
