It also includes a timer, binaural sound and more. It's free with ads.

Noise Generator is a more traditional white noise application. It also offers a variety of other noises, including brown, pink, white, blue, and purple noises. It uses various filters to remove noise appropriate to the desired color noise. The user interface is quite easy to use. Some other features include customization sliders and small APK size. This is probably the best choice you can find for traditional sounding white noise and other colors. It is a free application with advertising. We would have liked a way to pay to remove ads, but the app is otherwise outstanding.

White Noise by TMSoft is a popular white noise generator. It has 40 sounds in total. They include various nature sounds, oscillating fans, and even the traditional brown/pink/white noise. The app does a particularly good job of looping audio and even includes Chromecast support in case you want those noises on your TV. It also has the basics like alarms, timers, and advanced settings in case you need them. The free version contains advertisements and the pro version removes these advertisements. It's pretty decent overall.

Each sound has its own volume slider to increase or decrease its intensity in your mix. Relaxio has a variety of other noise generating apps along with a bunch of other sound effects. The user interface of this one is simple and the app includes things like timers and a low price. There isn't much else to say. It's a good app for what it does.

Dream_Studio White Noise is another decent white noise app. It offers 30 sounds in various categories including rain, fire, snow, waterfall, wind, etc. There's even traditional white noise, pink noise, and brown noise. Some other features include auto-pause, a timer, and bookmarking your favorite sounds. The application is useful in various situations, but mainly in areas such as meditation, sleep or study. This one is free with advertising.
