When you complete a majority of tasks in the Untitled Goose Game pub you're going to need to bang the bucket on the beefy man's head. The big guy is the guy who guards the entrance. If he ever sees you, he'll strategically kick you out of the pub and push you back onto the street, forcing you to sneak inside. Here's how you trick him into putting the bucket over his head.

The bucket is at the back of the pub. The beefy man stands at the entrance, on the other side of the pub. The big problem is getting him in the back because he has no reason to. Whenever you get his attention and he sneaks away, he will return to the entrance and dutifully guard the premises. However, there is one big clue to his weakness right next to him: tomatoes.
You will notice that there are three different cases of tomatoes in the pub. There's one at the entrance, in the middle, and the back just under the bucket. You want to drag the man to the tomatoes under the bucket. To do this, steal a tomato from one of the three crates and drop it near the door in the back.
When your tomato is in position, come back to the front and honk our beefy friend. You will get his attention and he will kick you out. Bring him to the back and hide under the porch that leads to the back. It will stop looking for you and instead it will look at the tomato you left behind.
If you position yourself in the right place, it will go to the back and have to place it in the large crate of tomatoes. When he does, rush to the top of the pub and rush to the bucket. If you do it quickly enough, you'll knock the bucket over his head. You should move on to the next area after landing.
