How to disrupt propaganda in the City of Westminster
The goal is located at Piccadilly Circus, a famous landmark in the northwest region of Westminster. Once there, you will need to take control of a cargo drone. These can fly nearby, so take a look above you and you're sure to find one. You can also bring a construction worker if you have one on your team, as he can summon a cargo drone with his unique ability.
Once you have a cargo drone, climb to the top and fly to the roof of the building marked with the red objective marker. At the top of the building, you'll find a cage with a spider robot box inside. Hack the spiderbot to gain control and crawl through the open vent nearby. The vent leads to an area with no visible exit. Everything is too high to be reached with a standard jump, but you jump on a cardboard box so that you have enough height to clear objects that are blocking your path.
Once you've got to the next closed area, there's another conduit nearby with a giant box blocking the entrance, and your spider robot can't sneak through the opening. Leave the spiderbot and take back control of your cargo drone. If you hack the security camera in the corner, you will be able to see a space to summon a new Cargo drone if you lost your original. Hijack the cargo drone, lower it onto the crate blocking the entrance to the conduit, and clear the way for your robot spider.
Then hijack the spider robot again. Work your way through the now open air duct and crawl through the ctOS grille at the end. After exiting the vent, you should be able to hack the ctOS terminal to achieve your goal and disrupt the propaganda in the City of Westminster.
