Warzone, the battle royale mode for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is on the way. When Season 2 originally launched, dataminers discovered four weeks of challenges, but the final four weeks of the season were missing. It's a strong indicator that these challenges contained references to Warzone that Infinity Ward didn't want us to see. This seems to indicate a potential release on March 10. This matches previous reports on the mode getting a March release date.
Warzone has been announced to get a free version for people who don't own the game under the title Call of Duty: Warzone, with an option to upgrade to the full game if they choose. The launch of the mode may also have an impact on the Battle Pass, as Infinity Ward has claimed that there will be no microtransactions in the game.
