Try switching your phone off and on again.
Log out of the app and log back in using your phone number.
Check you have enough data and storage on your phone.
Check you have the most up to date version of the app.
If you experience a failed order, it could be that there is an inconsistency between the items on Deliveroo, Deliverect, and your POS.
For inconsistencies between your POS & Deliverect, synchronize the items.
When it says it's not busy, orders have slowed down and there's enough riders already online in your area.
So you can decide whether to explore another area or check again later.

Customers can claim a refund if their order wasn't right – if it had missing items, if items were cold or damaged, or if the order was extremely late.
When a refund is given, either you or Deliveroo will cover the cost, depending on what went wrong - see below.
