Sky PDF cancellation form within 14 days
If you have entered into a Sky contract by telephone (or in any case away from the company's business premises) and the contract is active from less than 14 days, you can assert your right to change your mind by requesting cancellation at no cost.
To download the Sky cancellation form in PDF format, go to this page of the Sky website, locate the section Withdrawal within 14 days (at the bottom) and click on the icon of freccia rivolta verse il basso, placed in correspondence with the form of your interest, based on the contract you want to cancel (eg. Withdrawal form Sky WiFi subscription contract).
Once the download is complete, open the form with any PDF file reader, fill it out in its entirety, print it and sign it. Once signed, the document must be sent via recommended return at SKY POSTAL BOX 13.057 - 20.141 MILAN attaching a copy of a identity card valid.
Alternatively, if you want the Sky PDF cancellation form via PEC, you can send the document by certified e-mail to the following address: servizioclientisky@pec.skytv.com.
Remember to deliver all equipment received on loan for use by Sky. Failure to do so will result in very steep penalties being paid, as explained here.
Sky PDF cancellation form after 14 days
Let's see, now, how to download the Sky cancellation form after 14 days. By doing so, you will be able to withdraw from the contract upon expiry or early, depending on your current situation.
If your Sky contract is about to come expiring (1 year from the last automatic renewal), you can request its termination by sending a specific request within 30 days from the natural expiration date (before a new automatic renewal is triggered).
The form to request the cancellation of the contract is the one you find on the Sky website, by clicking on freccia rivolta verse il basso placed in correspondence with the item Cancellation form at the natural expiry of the contract, which is located in the box relating to TV and Sky and Fastweb subscription contract or the one found in the box relating to Sky WiFi contract.
To download the Sky PDF cancellation form editable to make the early withdrawal, however, after having gone to the Sky website, click on the icon of freccia rivolta verse il basso placed in correspondence with the wording Early withdrawal form with respect to the deadline (over 14 days), which is in the box TV and Sky and Fastweb subscription contract o Sky WiFi contract (based on the contract you want to cancel).
After completing the download of one of the modules in question, print it, fill in every part, sign it and send it by registered letter with return receipt to the address SKY POSTAL BOX 13.057 - 20.141 MILAN, attaching a copy of a identity card valid.
If desired, the form can also be sent via the following certified email address: servizioclientisky@pec.skytv.com.
To avoid paying penalties, remember to hand over the decoder and all equipment received on loan for use by Sky following the instructions you find here.
Sky will accept the request for cancellation of the contract within 30 days. During this time you will have to continue paying for the service as normal.
Costs and return of equipment
As widely pointed out in the course of the tutorial, a Sky subscription is required after terminating return the decoder and all equipment received on loan for use from Sky (such as power supplies, remote controls and digital keys).
If you don't return it within 30 days from the termination of the contract, penalties ranging from 20 to 200 euros are incurred for each device not returned. To be precise, the penalties for each device are as follows.
- 200 € for each Sky Q satellite decoder.
- 150 € for each My Sky and Sky Q decoder without dish.
- 80 € for each Sky Q mini decoder.
- 75 € for each HD decoder.
- 45 € for each Sky WiFi Hub.
- 30 € for each external power supply of the decoder.
- 30 € for each Digital Key.
- 30 € for each remote control.
- 30 € for each Smart Card.
- 21 € for each SD decoder.
- 20 € for each Sky WiFi Pod.
The return must be made at one Sky Center of your city. To find the Sky Center closest to your home, connect to the Sky website and enter your residential address in the text field Enter a location, making sure to select the correct suggestion. Subsequently, click on the item Choose a service and select the wording Return of materials to find out which ones accept the equipment to be returned.

As regards the Sky contract deactivation costs and any penalties to be paid in case of breach of contract they can amount to a few tens of euros up to around a hundred, but a lot depends on the type of contract signed, on any discounts and promotions used and on other variables.
To know the exact amount of the sums due to Sky, therefore, refer to what is indicated in the general conditions of a subscription, which you can find on this page. Be careful to download the correct document, based on the type of offer you have signed up for and intend to cancel (Sky subscription with Sky Open and Sky Smart Profiles, Sky WiFi subscription, Sky subscription, Etc.).
