ROME: Total War - Alexander Coming To iOS And Android In October

ROME: Total War - Alexander's mobile release date is set for October 24, just one month away. After the success of the barbarian invasion last year, the franchise is now gradually moving to mobile, and its latest installment comes for both Android and iOS. In fact, it is already available for pre-register on Google Play Store, and Feral Interactive has confirmed that it will cost $ 4,99.

ROME: Total War - from Feral Interactive, like its predecessor, Barbarian Invasion, will be a full port of the PC experience to mobile devices. The game was originally developed by a well-known Creative Assembly studio and had SEGA as its publisher for PC. However, it was Feral who first introduced it to the iPad and successfully conquered the precious mobile gaming territory of the famous franchise that dates back to 2004.

The story of this particular expansion is set a century before the events of the original ROME: Total War. Alexander the Great is the central figure of events, as he ascends to the throne and begins his historically authentic campaign to conquer the Persian Empire. However, in the game, the player will have the opportunity to unify the Greek cities and follow the path that Alexander actually took, namely the whole of Central Asia. After defeating all the enemies in front of you, the player will once again piece together the story and forever engrave the name of Alexander the Great in the history of the world.

According to the developers and publishers themselves, ROME: Total War - Alexander for iOS and Android will be more ambitious than the original version and the barbarian invasion. As mentioned, it will deliver a full gaming experience on the desktop, tailor-made for mobile as before and with great success if we could add anything. The game will cost five dollars, while the iPhone version promises a free update for owners of the iPad version. It will be a one-time premium game with no additional in-app purchases of any kind.
